Professional Aquarium Care
Dingo Aquatics Services provides professional freshwater aquarium maintenance and husbandry services. Every aquarium is a living ecosystem, and fish health, water quality, algae growth, plant growth, and equipment performance can naturally change over time. Every service is performed with care and attention to detail, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the ongoing care of their aquarium between service visits, including feeding, monitoring equipment, maintaining proper water levels, and notifying Dingo Aquatics Services of any concerns before scheduled maintenance.
Customer Acknowledgment & Release of Liability (Texas)
I understand that aquariums are living ecosystems and that fish, shrimp, snails, plants, water quality, equipment, and overall aquarium conditions may change, fail, become damaged, or result in loss of livestock due to factors beyond the control of Dingo Aquatics Services.
I acknowledge that Dingo Aquatics Services does not guarantee the health or survival of any aquatic life, the future condition of my aquarium, or the performance of existing equipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I agree that I am responsible for the ongoing care and condition of my aquarium and its contents, and I release and hold harmless Dingo Aquatics Services and its owner from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the ordinary risks associated with aquarium maintenance services, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms before any service is performed.
